Charles has received his education through WPCA – Wisconsin Pest Control Association, NPMA – National Pest Management Association, and Purdue Entomology program.
In the field experience Charles has serviced an array of buildings from Homes, Manufacturing Buildings, Restaurants, Schools, Hospitals, Hospitality, Farms, Boats and more.
Charles has won several President Service Awards on a local and national level based on customer satisfaction while working at Orkin Pest Control for 10 years. He continues using the same principles that he used back then.
During his years in the pest control industry he has written a column for the Discover Burlington Treasure Magazine “Ask the Bug Expert” and has been featured in the Southern Lakes newspaper.
Along with helping people with their pest problems he enjoys helping people by supplying food for food pantries through his church.
